Podere Camaiano has 6 comfortable rooms with private bathroom. Possibility to add one or two extra beds depending on the room. Prices vary depending on the season, breakfast included.

Swimming pool (unattended) available to guests, other services available on request.

Dogs and cats are welcome, you just have to communicate it when booking to avoid overcrowding and incompatibility with other four-legged guests (but also 2) already booked. Even the farm has two affectionate dogs, a bit ‘impetuous and playful: Leo and Orea.

Rates include accommodation and breakfast and are expressed in a double room for two people.

For double room in single occupancy –15%.

Extra bed supplement (rooms: The2 – The5 – TheA) € 20 per day.

Infants within two years free.

Minors up to 12 years € 10, over 12 years € 20 per day.

Available on request baby bed.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (call us for arrivals outside these hours, WhatsApp +39 347 077 6639).

Check-out: before 11:00 am.

Breakfast Time: 08:00 am – 10:30 am.

N.B. at the time of the check-in we will ask you for an identity document or passport of each of the guests.

The closing period of the structure is from 10 November to 28 December 2025 and from 7 January to 20 March 2026.

“the 1”

A very intimate room with double bed and private bathroom, independent entrance, stone walls. It is a pleasure to have breakfast in the clear morning light or have an aperitif watching the sun set behind the Sassoforte, in the small patio of this room.

Large double room with the possibility of adding up to 2 single beds, private bathroom with disability access. To access the room it is necessary to make three steps that separate the reception from the access corridor.
From the window you can see unforgettable sunsets.

The show takes place every evening with beautiful sunsets, just look out the window!

A welcoming double room with a magical atmosphere. Private bathroom.

This room also boasts the privilege of being the witness of picture-perfect sunsets every evening.

Very large room with double bed, located on the first floor of the farm with a private anteroom and bathroom. Possibility to add up to 3 single beds.
From the window you can see the sun rising between the trees of the Camaiano hill.

Double room with private bathroom and private entrance overlooking the balcony of the main body of the farm.
From the window you can enjoy a spectacular view of the plain of Grosseto up to the promontory of the Argentario and Isola del Giglio.
